Bookings for A Visit From Santa will not be generally refundable in the event of the wish to cancel ticket purchaser. However, if a replacement booking for the date and time originally booked is forthcoming a refund will be offered, subject to the difference in price between the original booking and the replacement.

A Visit From Santa retains the right to cancel any booking without notice. In such an event the purchaser will be offered a full refund or, where possible, a mutually agreed alternative date. 

In the event of the purchaser claiming a refund due to dissatisfaction with the service provided, in the first instance discussion between the parties will be instituted. Thereafter, if agreement cannot be reached then legal recourse/arbitration is, of course, an option for either party.
